Richelle Jarrell assists clients who are stuck in the past, unable to get past challenging life events, or who are struggling with relationship issues. Many people have been emotionally injured by past traumas including failed relationships, abuse within a relationship, or poor relationship boundaries.  As a specialist in relationship astrology, Richelle’s practice goes in-depth with not only chart compatibility, but to other astrological factors essential for healthy, loving relationships. Through Vedic Astrology, which is an ancient science from India, people learn to stop blaming themselves and others, because it allows them to understand why certain life events happen.

Some clients struggle with chronic health challenges or suffer from the effects of unremitting stress. Utilizing Ayurveda, Richelle can help clients identify their unique individual body type in order to restore balance to their health again.  Ayurveda means “knowledge of life,” and is a holistic system that maintains health in body, mind and spirit.

Richelle also practices and teaches Reiki, a method used to reduce stress, relax the body and help clear the mind of negative chatter. She is the Director of the Reiki Plus Institute and has taught Reiki since 1996. She publishes two books on Reiki:  Reiki Plus Natural Healing & Reiki Plus Professional Practitioner’s Manual for Second Degree which are published in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

She also leads a weekly study group on the Bhagavad-Gita.

Richelle graduated with honors from University of California, Davis with a degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Psychology. She attended Mount Madonna College of Ayurveda and obtained her certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner in 2013. She is a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.
